JAMES release a new album Laid through Phonogram Records on the Fontana Label on September 27th.

Written by James, the LP was produced by Brian Eno and recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios outside Bath.

Recently, the single Sometimes, soared straight into the national top twenty on release. James are presently on a tour of America with Peter Gabriel's WOMAD line-up.

Returning to England for the release of the LP, the band will head out on a tour of Europe in November and Britain in December.
