Show Info : James voluntarily curtailed their show as it coincided with the vital England vs Colombia World Cup match.  Rumour had it that they had prepared a set of slow miserable songs should England have lost.

Tim Booth appears in a souwester and announces that since - in a world a million miles away with flushing toilets, running water and warm weather - England have won a football match, James will play a greatest hits set. Result, strange tantric hippy bloke! Result, English footballers! Goodnight, sadomasochistic noodles and ruminations on "fame"! This decision does however represent a significant advance. Finally it appears that after decades of blowing it at every conceiveable opportunity, James have risen to the occasion.
