Song Structure:

The song begins with a upstroke of an Em <022000> chord, after which a an acoustic guitar can be heard playing the Backing Line.  Later another acoustic guitar comes in playing the chords Em D C D (which continue throughout), and a third guitar playing Riff 1.
You can see the Em part of the Backing Line is based on the chord <xx2453> i.e. a Dm chord moved up two frets.  It is unclear whether the chord-strumming guitar plays this chord or an open Em chord <022000>.
When the drums kick in the guitars carry on playing the same bits as before.  The third guitar plays a varyation on Riff 1 but hey, I'm too lazy to tab it.
