Update 31.8.08

James played the first of three Portuguese festival gigs in the early hours of this morning at the Festival do Norte Alentejano, Crato.  They played Born Of Frustration, Oh My Heart, Ring The Bells, Waterfall, Bubbles, Say Something, She's A Star, I Wanna Go Home, Out To Get You, Upside, Whiteboy, Sit Down, Tomorrow and Sometimes with an encore of Top Of The World, Hey Ma, Getting Away With It (All Messed Up) and Laid.

James have announced another date on their December UK tour.  The tour now opens at the Brighton Dome on Tuesday 9 December.

James have been nominated for the Best Live Return award at Vodafone live music awards.  Vote for James here.

Decca have also announced that the US version of Hey Ma will also be released on vinyl, the first release of a James album on that format since Whiplash.

According to the venue's website, James tour now opens with a second date at Boston's Paradise Club on Sunday 14th September, the night before the initial first date at the same venue.
