GOAL GOAL GOAL

First released 1994

A re-recorded version of Low Low Low which the band wanted to put forward as the England song for the 1994 World Cup until they didn’t qualify. LYRICS

I'm in love with a football club

At the age of seven my father took me

He got me hooked into this game

I'm a member of an ape-like race

In the final days of the twentieth century

When we don't win I go insane

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Wanna see you take that ball

And make or break the laws of gravity

Sell me a dummy on the way

Curve the ball around the wall

Make the play with a touch of clarity

I get such pleasure from this game

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Oh, we're so powerful

Watch these giants collide

So individual

He was never, ever, ever offside

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal

Goal Goal Goal Goal Goal
