What Is It Good For (aka Work It All Out) opened all shows on the band's 2000 Theatre tour and was recorded during the sessions for Pleased To Meet You.  The lyrics appear to concern Tim's fear of losing a woman to a fiend.  The chorus refrain is "if you work your miracle, I can see."
